Kenya’s 44th tribe

A group of Rwandans in Kenya now want to be recognized as Kenya’s ‘44th’ tribe. They are descendants of Rwandans who forcefully came to Kenya to work as slaves for the British colonial government following a decree in 1930, and currently suffer rejection from both the Kenyan and Rwandan governments.
