UX and UI Designer

Minority Africa is searching for a UX and UI Designer to join our team.

As our UX and UI Designer, you will work in our software development team on the Advance project implementation funded by Google. You will be working closely with multiple departments through this project under the supervision of the Executive Engineer.

This position is Part-time for 6 months subject to renewal based on performance and further work requirements. It is a proactive position and you would be working remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret Project specifications to build the frontend flow
• Develop simple graphics to make UI components
• Use organization colors or proposed color scheme in the development of the UI
• Build the frontend in a way that caters to mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
• Creating application graphic assets when required like custom loading icons.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge on using Figma or Adobe XD to create app flows
• Demonstration of work done using Figma or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with different file formats for different media e.g SVGs and when to use them
• Creative

Remuneration

Salary: $200 /month
