Minority Africa is searching for a Front-End Developer to join our team.
As our Front-End Developer, you will work in our software development team on the Advance project implementation funded by Google. You will be working closely with multiple departments through this project under the supervision of the Executive Engineer.
This position is Full-time for 6 months subject to renewal based on performance and further work requirements. It is a proactive position and you would be working remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement application FrontEnd from FIGMA design
- Interpret API specifications from the backend team API documentation
- Implement responsiveness according to the device used to access the platform
- Write unit tests,
- Implement a test-driven development methodology
REQUIREMENTS
- Understand REst APIs
- Knowledge on React
- Familiarity with Object Oriented React and the Lifecycle of a React Component
- Knowledge on Typescript
- Knowledge of Chakra UI
- Taiwind CSS is a plus
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge on version control and using Github e.g creating a pull request
- Knowledge of React Routing
- Knowledge of mocking API calls.
Remuneration
Salary: $450 /month
