Minority Africa is searching for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
As our Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work in our software development team on the Advance project implementation funded by Google. You will be working closely with multiple departments through this project under the supervision of the Executive Engineer.
This position is Full-time for 6 months subject to renewal based on performance and further work requirements. It is a proactive position and you would be working remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing test cases for both frontend and backend.
- Writing test plans for both frontend and backend.
- Creating bug reports.
- Creating product demos.
- Carrying out Product Risk Assessment.
- Bug tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Selenium.
- Knowledge of Postman.
- Knowledge of React testing library and Jest.
- Experience writing clear and concise test plans, test cases and bug reports.
- Clear communication skills both written and oral.
- Knowledge on data structures and algorithms.
- Understand REst APIs.
- Knowledge on Software Development Process.
- Knowledge on Javascript.
- Familiar with Bug tracking software.
Remuneration
Salary: $400 /month
